Women’s circles are gatherings where women come together in a safe, supportive space to share experiences, wisdom, and emotions. These circles can be spiritual, therapeutic, or simply social, but they often focus on fostering deep connections, empowerment, and personal growth.

1. Safe & Supportive Environment – A non-judgmental space where women can express themselves openly.
2. Community & Connection – Strengthening bonds with other women through shared experiences.
3. Rituals & Practices – Many circles incorporate meditation, journaling, storytelling, or spiritual elements like moon cycles or goddess traditions.
4. Healing & Empowerment – Encouraging self-reflection, personal growth, and emotional healing.
5. Confidentiality & Respect – What is shared in the circle stays in the circle, fostering trust.
These circles can be informal or structured, meeting regularly or for special occasions like full moons, seasonal shifts, or rites of passage. They exist in many cultures and have roots in ancient traditions of women gathering to support each other.
