Two Moons Vibration & Prairie Sole Reflexology
Journey: I have been attracted to an alternate way of being for as long as I can remember, but it wasn’t until I moved to Medicine Hat that my spiritual growth shifted. After experiencing my first sound bath I was hooked. For me, the sound immersion quickly took my mind and body to a different state of being, one that was calm, ethereal, and transformative. From there forward I stared to shift more
towards any healing that involved the use of sound. I then had the opportunity to experience a class that combined yoga and crystal singing bowls. That is the experience that solidified in my mind that I wanted to offer that same type of healing one day.
My journey towards becoming a reflexologist is somewhat different. I had a career in municipal government for years, and after experiencing and acknowledging the shifts that I was going through, I was drawn to make a change. I eventually found myself in a space of knowing that I needed to move towards a modality that was centered in human connection.
Growth: I began to increase the use of sound healing in my life; I continued to attend sound baths but also found alternate ways to incorporate healing sounds into my life. Listening to pieces of music through meditation allowed me to experience healing sounds of different instruments and different techniques. This is a practice I continue to do at the end of each day. I also began taking classes to gain more knowledge on the healing benefits of sound. My bowl collection started with a Tibetan bowl that I would use with meditation practice and space clearing. November of 2021 is when I finally invested in a crystal singing bowl, and after I brought her home, I knew I would need more! By August of 2022 I had acquired all seven bowls, each one a different size and different note to beautifully pair with the chakras. Some of the bowls came from other homes, some of them had played together before, and a couple were brand new to it all. During that whole time, I had continued to consult with people who I considered to be my mentors. I
practiced with the bowls, learning how they best played together, and what ways of playing offered the best healing experience. In August of 2022 I had my first sound bath, outside on a full moon, with a beautiful group of women close to my heart who gathered to support me in my new journey. In reflexology, my experience somewhat paralleled that of my journey towards
offering sound baths. Once I had made my mental and spiritual shift of honouring what my soul needed, there was very little resistance from the universe. In the fall of 2024, I began my schooling in foot reflexology, receiving training as outlined by the Reflexology Association of Canada. Through an intense year of theoretical and practical training, I became a certified reflexology therapist in late summer of 2025.
Service: I am grateful to offer sound baths in our community, both in public and private settings, as well as to communities outside of Medicine Hat. Experiencing a meditative and healing practice through immersive sound is so powerful and beautiful. Reflexology can be another modality on your wellness team, a treatment of applying pressure to specific reflexes can improve circulation in the lymphatic and cardiovascular systems, as well lymphatic drainage and elimination. Reflexology also promotes relaxation and release of tension, while supporting your body’s efforts to function optimally. My intention is to offer a space where you will feel safe and supported, while gaining whatever it is you need from a reflexology treatment or sound bath session. Whether it is a calm to the nervous system, or if it is to simply set aside a piece of your day for yourself.
If you are looking to add new modalities to your wellness journey, I would love to share that with you!
