“Energility” Journey: I was born in Ontario and right from the start I was challenged. Born premature and at risk, I was the first in Canada to receive a blood transfusion in-utero. Being traumatized in the womb was only the beginning. I was born into a family where my parents had their own struggles and issues to deal with and thus was unable to create the bond I longed for. This meant I was drawn to unhealthy relationships as an adult and then of course failure of those relationships was the result. Thankfully I got another opportunity to work on healing my primary relationship when my aging father came to live with me and we are growing and sharing like never before. What a true blessing to be able to heal and grow together at this time. I trust the healing and growth I experience with him will then transfer into other relationships I enter into as my life continues. Growth: A major part of my life struggles have been about not trusting my own wisdom. Resistance has been my companion for decades. I have allowed myself to be in very unhealthy relationships where I was consistently reminded that I am of no real value. From a young age, I was very athletic. I was a much sought after skating coach and have trained for marathons a few times. However, self-image was a constant challenge. Failure was my fear and my friend. It finally became too much and I decided something HAD to change! I began my search for true healing and fulfillment. This lead me to the energy work I do now. This work along with the stretch therapy and personal training I have been part of assist me in offering a range of therapies to my clients, both physical and energetic. Service: My passion and purpose is to bring to my clients the awareness of what is possible on all levels of well being… Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual and through that you find strength in places you never new possible, you learn the wisdom in your body and your being. As I continue to search, learn and grow, I am so excited to bring you along with me so together we grow into all we are capable of being. |
