A 6 week journey into understanding the basics of Ayurveda, and how to incorporate these practices into your life to promote healing, vitality and optimal health.
Together we will explore:
Week 1 - Review of intake forms, What is Ayurveda, goal setting
Week 2 - Dynacharia (daily routine) and Doshas
Week 3 - Ayurvedic nutrition, including food habits and food combining
Week 4 - Meditation, including using Mudra
Week 5 - Ayurvedic cleansing
Week 6 - Integration of Ayurveda into our busy lives, review
We will meet every Tuesday evening from 7-8;30 pm,

This circle will involve a Yoni Steam practice. If you have questions about what this may involve please message me. If you are menstruating during this time you are welcome to join circle without steaming, as this is an extremely potent time for you.
Yoni Steam Therapy is an ancient practice that uses steam to deliver herbal medicine to the Yoni (vulva and vagina)
Yoni Steam can be used to treat many issues women suffer from, including PMS, cramping, bloating, cysts, fibroids and many more. It can even be used to assist in fertility.
When we steam in circle we wear long skirts so it is all very discreet. We will steam while being led through a meditation that will encourage us to embrace the power of the Divine Feminine.
